In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday I am looking for your help in pairing your favorite Dr. S story with, wait for it ..., a beer. This should be a lot of fun.
I'll get things started off with a less common title "What Was I Scared Of?". At some point I think we all have to break through a barrier whether it is a pair of green pants with nobody inside 'em or a new and crazy different beer.
For me that beer was La Folie from New Belgium. Little did I know at the time (I had to get one the jaw clenching sour smell first) but that beer blew the doors off my beer inhibitions. Now I aint afeared of any beer! Thanks La Folie!
