This is a totally legit discussion of American Light Lagers.  I do get a little critical about the style when it comes to the beer and food pairing section (around 3 minutes in) so be sure to stick around for that!

I have been trying to get a beer and food pairing book published for about a year now and the only negative comment that I hear is "Your platform isn't big enough." It is a nasty cycle, I can't get a book published unless I have a massive audience and I can't get that audience with out a book ... or a viral video.

I just finished my first video!  It is rough around the edges but hey it is my first video and I had to start somewhere. By the time I finish with each sub-category (there's 70-some) they shouldn't look too bad.
