Food and beer pairings for:

Coherence
Session IPA
A more "sessionable" IPA with huge hop character and medium bitterness. Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops.

ABV: 5.5%

Jorge Alem: Pad Tai or pizza
Erin Peters: Cheese burgers, cheddar or gouda
Kevin Pratt: Korean BBQ or chili Colorado

Brewery Highlight: Institution Ale Company

Beer geeks, rejoice! Institution Ale Company will soon be the first brewery in Camarillo, Ca as well as the newest member of the Ventura County craft beer scene.

You can find out all about their plans by listening to the podcast below but if you just want to know when they will open, then plan on attending a grand opening celebration sometime in late June or early July!
