4 oz. Montalvo Plata
3 oz. Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
3 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Agave Nectar (optional)
4 Slices Cucumber (save one for garnish)
1/2 Jalapeño, seeded and cut into two parts
In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and jalapeño. Add ice, the remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
