4 oz. Montalvo Plata
3 oz. Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
3 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Agave Nectar (optional)
4 Slices Cucumber (save one for garnish)
1/2 Jalapeño, seeded and cut into two parts

In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and jalapeño. Add ice, the remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Serves 2

2 red ripe strawberries
5 fresh mint leaves
1 ½ tsp agave syrup
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 oz Montalvo Plata
1 oz triple sec
Fresh Strawberries and Mint for garnish

Muddle strawberries and mint in a cocktail shaker. Squeeze in the juice of the lime, add the agave syrup, tequila and triple sec. Add a couple of cubes of ice, and shake or stir to combine well. Pour, chunks and all into glass. Garnish with fresh slices of strawberry and mint leaves.
