Beer Details: ABV: 8.2%, Belgian Tripel brewed with hibiscus flowers. Our first small batch beer release, the blend of tart hibiscus flowers, fruity Belgian yeast esters, and sweet Pilsner malt makes for a perfectly refreshing brew.
Pairing suggestions: Pork roast stuffed with chestnuts, apple, crab cakes w/lemon caper aioli, peach cobbler, caramelized banana creme brulee, green salad with edible , Coq au Vin, Chocolate Mousse, Green chili corn souffle, and jazz.
