Serving Temp: Variable, based on style (45°- 55°)
Glassware: Pilsner, Pint, Flute (based on ABV and base style)
Appearance: Hazy orange with very little head retention.
Aroma: Lots of raspberry initially with bready wheat malt becoming more prominent as the beer warms.
Flavor: Sweet wheat bready flavors, very low bitterness (really no bitterness) and a touch of tartness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light.
