Food pairings suggestions:
1.  Terza Birra (literally translated: one-third beer) - Italian cheese
2.  Jackfruit tacos
3.  Firm, white fish

General Food Pairings: Cuisine: Italian, Middle Eastern, salads. Meat: chicken, fish, pork. Cheese: Milky Flavors (Burratta, colby, mozzarella)

Picture
6c. Kölsch examples: Goose Island Summertime, Alaska Summer Ale, Harpoon Summer Beer, Cabrillo Kölsch

Serving Temp: 40°- 45°

Glassware: Mug, Pint Glass, Stange, Pilsner

Appearance: Pours golden yellow with a white head.

Aroma:  Assertive Herbal and spicy hop aromas come through easily but a subtle bready malt aroma breaks through as the beer warms just a bit.

Flavor: Grassy and spicy hop flavors quickly slide over the palate with bready malt flavors breaking through just as the beer warms in your mouth and before you swallow.  Tart malt notes linger in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: Well carbonated with a medium-low body.

Description from Barrelhouse Brewing Co.

Templeton Session Style Ale – Crisp | Gooseberry | Lychee
Templeton is crafted to be highly sessionable with a light balanced body and clean refreshing finish. Select malts and hops add subtle biscuit character with notes of pear and sauvignon blanc. We keep this beer low on alcohol and high on flavor so it pairs well with both work and play. This beer is a tribute to our friends in the community.
ABV 4.5% | IBU: 18 | S.G. 1.045
